Park Slope Holiday Tree Lighting, Park Slope.
On Saturday, November 28, at 6:30 PM, celebrate the start of the holiday season with live Music from Rolie Polie Guacamole and Amelia Robinson from Mils Trills, treats from Du Jour Bakery, The Chocolate Room and Le Pain Quotidien, opera from 15 year old Sarah Stevens and Carolers Opera on Tap, arts and Crafts with Puppetry Arts and Prospect Park YMCA. AND a Lighting Show! This free event is perfect for kids of all ages and will take place Corner of 4th Street and 5th Avenue. Bring your gently used coats to donate to the NY Cares Winter Coat Drive 2015, and don’t forget Santa will be there too!

Greenwood Park’s 3rd annual Christmas Tree Lighting party, South Slope.
On Wednesday, December 2nd, kids of all ages will be dazzled by Greenwood Park’s annual Christmas tree lighting. The event starts at 5:30pm.

DUMBO Tree Lighting Ceremony, Pearl Street Triangle, Dumbo.
On Thursday, December 3, The DUMBO BID is hosting the annual tree lighting with Santa Claus, Nutcracker ballet, calypso music, hot cocoa, and more. This event takes place from 6 – 7PM in DUMBO’s Pearl Street Triangle.

Atlantic Avenue Tree Lighting Party, Belarusian Church, Boerum Hill.
On Friday, December 4 there will be a tree lighting party with holiday performances and a special guest…Santa! Tasty treats follow from 6 – 8 pm at Belarusian Church (Atlantic Ave & Bond St). Bring a New Toy or Book for Toy Drive. http://atlanticave.org/treelighting/

The Court Street Christmas Tree Lighting, Carroll Park, Carroll Gardens.
The tree lighting is scheduled for Friday, December 4th at 6 PM.

2nd Annual Holiday Tree Lighting in Fort Greene Park, Ft. Greene.
On Sunday, December 6, the community tree lighting event will feature FREE cookies and hot chocolate, live holiday music, a toy drive and Santa Claus! Enjoy all of these fun happenings from 5-6pm, and see the lighting of the tree at 5:30pm. New, unwrapped toys will be collected and donated to neighborhood holiday toy drives.

And, don’t forget to purchase your tickets for Brunch with Santa in Greenpoint. This annual event doesn’t take place until Saturday, December 5th, but it sells out quickly! The event is held at at t.b.d. Brooklyn in Greenpoint. There are two seatings and the cost is $15 per person which includes yummy things to eat, music, holiday crafts and, of-course, precious moments with Santa. $5 Special price for infants under 12 months. Yummy holiday drinks at cash bar for moms & dads. Talented professional photographer Rebecca Black will be on hand to take pictures for purchase. And Queen Elsa may drop in for a special visit!
