Get a jump on your Mothers Day celebration with this new evening class, Yoga for Moms, at Monkey Do! Yoga. The class is free throughout the month of May, so leave the kids at home and come out Wednesday evenings from 7:15-8:15 for a little self care. After class, there will be time to connect – some weeks with an extra few minutes of meditation, others with a glass of wine in the backyard or a guest speaker. Turn it into a moms night out! Reservations required in May and space is limited.
